Platform · Best Execution

Best execution, evidenced on every trade.

Every trade benchmarked to the mid-market rate at the moment you dealt, so the spread each counterparty took is a number you can see, in pips and pounds. Best execution you can prove, not a rate you take on trust.

The problem

A confirmation tells you the rate, not the spread you paid.

The rate arrives in a PDF with no benchmark against the mid-market rate. The margin baked into it stays invisible, so the spread is a cost you carry without ever seeing it.

The confirmation shows the rate you got, but never the spread you paid against the mid-market rate.
Across hundreds of trades and several counterparties, small spreads compound into real money you've never been able to see.
With nothing to benchmark against, "was that a good rate?" is a question you can't actually answer.

Best execution, evidenced

Every trade, benchmarked to the mid-market rate.

Each trade is measured against the independent mid-market rate at the moment you dealt, and written to a tamper-evident record of exactly what it cost, from booking through settlement. The spread stops being a mystery and becomes a number you can defend.

Client rate and mid-market rate

Every trade stores the rate it dealt at and the mid-market rate at the moment you dealt, so each one is benchmarked to it rather than taken on trust.

The spread, in pips and pounds

The margin over the mid-market rate is measured on every trade, in pips and base-currency value. The cost your bank never itemised, now a line you can see.

Written once, never edited

Each record is written once and status-transitioned through its lifecycle, never altered or deleted. Deletion is denied at the database layer and protected by an audit-log trigger.

Every value date, tracked

Each trade's value date is tracked across the book. When it arrives, the contracted rate locked at execution sets the realised P&L, written to the record. Every value is exportable, defensible in a board meeting or an audit.

i² in the workflow

Every trade read, and benchmarked to the mid-market rate.

Drop in a confirmation or a CSV of trades. i² parses each one, and Treasurii benchmarks it to the mid-market rate at execution, posting the spread you paid, in pips and base currency, on every line.

Your convention

See every trade the way your desk reads it.

Show each pair in the deliverable format, the currencies you actually buy and sell, or the traditional market format your bank confirmations use. Your desk sets it, and i² keeps both reconciled to the same trade.
